Practical cleaning questions
Useful answers. A clearer starting point.
Choose with a little more confidence.
Start with the questions that help you decide what to request. These short answers point to the service or process page with the relevant detail; your confirmed property-specific scope still controls.
Call for an estimate. We confirm the agreed work and schedule with you before a visit.
Finding the right starting point.
Does my first cleaning have to be a deep clean?
No. A maintenance-ready property may fit house cleaning. Buildup or additional detail may call for deep cleaning. We’ll help you choose the right starting point.
Understand first-visit and deep-cleaning scope →How do I choose the right cleaning service?
Consider the reason for the visit and the property’s condition. Everyday maintenance, accumulated buildup, a move and a guest turnover have different needs. If you are unsure, describe your priorities instead of trying to choose every task yourself.
Call (406) 551-1755 →Do you offer recurring house cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, every two weeks, and monthly options are available for assessment. Weekly visits and visits every two weeks are our preferred recurring rhythm. Scope, price, and a route slot must be confirmed for each property.
Explore recurring house cleaning →How do vacation-rental turnovers work?
A property-specific plan defines the cleaning, guest-ready reset and deadline. Beds, linens, onsite laundry, restocking and reporting responsibilities are agreed individually, not automatically included as an unlimited package.
Review rental-turnover responsibilities →From request to confirmed plan.
How are cleaning estimates prepared?
We review the property, size, condition, requested work, timing and route. A call, photos or walkthrough may help clarify the scope. After reviewing your request, we’ll follow up with any questions and explain what is needed to prepare the estimate.
Follow the estimate process →Is calling for an estimate the same as booking an appointment?
No. A call, a discussion, an estimate or your acceptance alone does not confirm service. Granite & Sage must expressly confirm the scope and schedule.
See the confirmation steps →Can I request a particular date or deadline?
Yes. Tell us the deadline, preferred days and how flexible you can be. We review timing with the work, travel and capacity. A requested date or deadline is not guaranteed, and an exact arrival time is not automatically promised.
Call (406) 551-1755 →The details that shape the visit.
What information helps with a move-in or move-out estimate?
Share the property size and condition, whether it will be occupied or empty, remaining belongings, utilities, access, requested work and the handover deadline. Identify who has authority to approve the scope.
Plan a move clean →What areas do you serve?
We serve Ennis, McAllister and the Madison Valley. We review each property’s access, cleaning needs and timing before confirming a visit.
Find complete service-area guidance →What happens if the property condition differs from the original description?
We explain material differences and discuss options before exceeding the agreed scope or approved ceiling. That may mean reprioritizing within the original plan, approving additional work or arranging another visit when possible.
Understand the change process →Request → Review → Confirm
Your property may have a different question.
Tell us what you are unsure about. Personal review helps establish the right scope and whether the route, timing and work are a fit.
An estimate request does not reserve an appointment.
