We’ll follow up about the property’s condition, your priorities, access, and the details relevant to your service. Photos are optional. A call, video walkthrough, or onsite assessment may help.

We’ll provide a proposed scope and estimate showing the work, options, exclusions, and price or pricing basis. Ask questions so we can agree on what the service will cover.
Confirm the service and schedule
Once you accept the proposal, we’ll confirm the service date or arrival window and any agreed deadline. A requested date is not reserved until we confirm it.
Complete the agreed work
We clean according to the agreed plan. If the property’s condition changes what is needed, we’ll contact you before adding work or changing the price. Unsafe or inaccessible work may need to be excluded or rescheduled.
