The estimate form collects the service you need, an approximate size range (or “I’m not sure”), relevant cleaning and timing details, street address and city. Residential requests also collect the home’s bedroom count, bedrooms and bathrooms to clean, level count, basement type and applicable basement-cleaning scope. Business inquiries instead include a business or facility type. It collects your name, mandatory phone number, optional email address, and your permission for Granite & Sage Cleaning to contact you about the request. You may add optional context at the end; please do not include door codes, alarm details, payment information or other unnecessary private information.

We use this information to evaluate service availability and route fit, understand the requested work, prepare or discuss an estimate, and respond to the inquiry. Submitting the form does not create marketing or newsletter consent and does not reserve an appointment.

Vercel processes the website request. Proton Mail is intended to transmit and store the resulting internal estimate message when online delivery is configured. Website inquiries sent through SMTP should not be treated as end-to-end encrypted.

When you call, we may receive your phone number and other caller information made available through Quo, our business telephone provider. We also receive information you choose to share during the conversation, such as your name, property details, cleaning needs and preferred timing. Please share only information needed for your inquiry.

Vercel hosts our website and may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate it. This can include your IP address, requested page, browser or device information, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information.

The current website does not use advertising pixels or owner-installed analytics. Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may use cookies or similar technology for security or service operation.

To request an estimate, call (406) 551-1755. Online estimate submission is currently unavailable. The website has no customer accounts, online payment collection or newsletter signup.

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss estimates and requested services, operate and troubleshoot the website and telephone service, protect those services, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Vercel, Quo and, when configured, Proton Mail may process information as needed to provide website hosting, telephone and estimate-message services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

How long information is kept depends on why it is needed, the service providers' settings and requirements, and applicable legal obligations. No website, telephone service or method of storing information can guarantee absolute security.
