• Require Granite & Sage Cleaning to accept the requested work
• Create a cleaning-service agreement

We will review the information provided and may contact you for clarification, suggest a different scope or time, or decline work that is outside our services, capacity, or safety boundaries.

Service is scheduled only after the scope, price, and timing are agreed upon and Granite & Sage Cleaning confirms the appointment.

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must be authorized to request services for the property identified in the request.

Do not submit door codes, alarm information, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the estimate form. Secure access details can be discussed later if service is scheduled.

When you submit contact information, Granite & Sage Cleaning may use it to respond to your request and communicate about an estimate, scheduling, or related service details.

An estimate request is not consent to unrelated marketing. Contact information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Website descriptions do not establish the final scope of a cleaning. The confirmed estimate and any applicable checklist or service agreement determine what is included.
