Deep house cleaning adds attention to accumulated grime and details beyond everyday upkeep. We review your home’s condition, the rooms and the result you want, then propose the work. A one-time deep clean can stand alone or become a starting point for ongoing help.

More detail when upkeep is not enough.
Deep Cleaning may help when grime has gathered at edges, around fixtures or on surfaces that need more than routine wiping.
A first-time or one-time visit is not automatically a deep clean. A home that is already easy to maintain may suit regular House Cleaning. First-time deep cleaning is chosen for the work needed, not simply because we have not visited before.

More attention to detail and buildup.
We agree on the ordinary room cleaning and added details. Examples of the additional work include:
- More detailed cleaning of baseboards and reachable floor edges.
- Wiping doors, frames and trim.
- Giving cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors added attention.
- Cleaning buildup around faucets, fixtures and accessible shower edges.
- Detailed wiping of accessible windowsills.
- Cleaning fixture exteriors that can be reached safely without ladders.
- Addressing agreed accumulated grime or heavier pet-hair conditions.
Your written estimate identifies the included rooms, tasks and separately approved extras. Selected detail tasks may also be part of a recurring rotation when specifically included in your written cleaning plan.
Routine pet hair on accessible floors is addressed during the included floor cleaning. Heavier accumulation may require additional time or a different scope. Pet-waste cleanup is not included.
Optional services
A deep clean does not include every extra.
Appliance interiors and other additional tasks need separate instructions and review.
Bed making or linen changes using clean sets you provide, refrigerator or oven interiors, cabinet or drawer interiors, interior window glass, limited dishes and light organization can be considered. Accepted extras must be requested, reviewed, listed and priced separately. Residential linen washing is not included.
Wall spot cleaning and specialty surfaces also need assessment. Tell us about care instructions and damaged finishes before we choose a method.
Our cleaning scope does not include ladder work, moving major appliances or heavy objects, hazardous cleanup, restoration or repairs. Permanent stains, wear and damaged finishes may remain.

Before
Send the address, requested help and timing. We may ask about size, buildup, clutter, pets, surfaces or contractors. Photos are optional; a call or walkthrough may help. We propose the work and price, then confirm the service and schedule after agreement.
During
Provide safe access to the agreed areas and working utilities. We clean the included tasks and discuss material changes before adding billable work.
After
Contact us through the agreed method about the work or future cleaning. Regular visits may help you maintain the cleaned areas; they do not automatically repeat all deep-cleaning tasks.
Arrange actual access credentials privately after acceptance. Keep codes, documents and other sensitive details out of inquiries.

Yes, tell us what matters most. We assess the areas and agree on a practical scope and any limit before starting.
What affects the price?
Home size, condition, amount of detail, requested extras and travel affect the estimate. We explain the scope and pricing basis; no instant or universal price applies.
Is a move clean different?
The tasks can overlap, but moving adds vacancy, utilities, remaining belongings and a handover deadline to the plan.
