What your move clean can include.
We put together a cleaning plan for your rooms and the detail they need. We work on surfaces we can reach without ladders or moving heavy items. Examples include:
- Wiping kitchen counters, cleaning the sink and cleaning cabinet fronts and the outside of appliances.
- Cleaning bathroom fixtures, toilets, mirrors and tub or shower surfaces.
- Dusting or wiping surfaces, doors, trim and floor edges listed in your plan.
- Cleaning empty storage areas in the main living spaces when included in your estimate.
- Vacuuming floors and damp-mopping hard floors that can be safely cleaned that way.
Your written estimate and property checklist will show the rooms, tasks and extras you choose. We can also agree on basic completion photos. Cleaning and photos do not guarantee a landlord’s or buyer’s approval.

We can also discuss a few dishes, ordinary rubbish or light clutter. Moving belongings, bulk removal and hauling are outside this cleaning service. We do not use ladders, move heavy objects or major appliances, or take on hazardous or construction cleanup, repairs or restoration.
